I started a eating gluten-free/Paleo when I was nine years old and it changed my life. I went from being sick and tired all the time, to having loads of energy and health! I have always loved yummy desserts so I decided to create them myself, and this allowed me to eat and feel my best while actually enjoying myself! I want to help you do the same.
I am excited to share my favorite recipes that I’ve created with you! All the recipes on this site are Paleo, which means they are free of gluten, grains, soy, dairy, and refined sugar.

When I’m not in the kitchen baking, writing, or podcasting, I can be found climbing trees, singing, writing songs, running on a trail, reading a book, or playing with my doggies.
